Are you ready to embark on a journey as a Live Chat Customer Support Assistant? In this role, you’ll be responding to live chat messages from customers on a business’s website, providing assistance with inquiries about shipping rates, return policies, available stock, and more. Worry not if you lack prior experience; this is an entry-level position, and comprehensive training is provided.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connectivity is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (English Speaking Country preferred).
