Join our Customer Experience team and become an integral part of delivering a positive brand experience to our customers. As a customer experience chat agent, you’ll engage with customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media, ensuring personalized and efficient communication. You’ll help customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold our brand’s communication standards.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connectivity is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (English Speaking Country preferred).
